Same day delivery is for all those who forget the special day and rush for the last minute order. You can order your item and we will deliver that at the desired place. There are extra charges for the same day delivery according the place of delivery.

  1. Is it possible to make changes in my order and how can I change or cancel my order?

Yes you can make the changes in your order. For that you have to call on our number. For order cancellation you have to tell us before and send the query for the cancelation. The cancelation request should be made before 24 hours.

  1. How much time does it take to cancel my order and what will be the mode of refund?

It take less than 24 hours to cancel the order and refund amount should be credited to your wallet or debit/credit account.

  1. How do I return the damaged product?

You can simply call us and tell the fault of the product to our customer care executive. They will very shortly send the delivery person to you and you can return your product.

  1. What are the cases in which refund is not made?

Flowers, cakes and customised Gifts/products cannot be returned and refunded.
